INGREDIENTS
1 C CHICKPEA FLOUR
1/4 C PROTEIN POWDER
1 TSP BAKING POWDER
1/2 TSP SEA SALT
1 1/2 C WATER
2 TBSP GRANULATED SWEETENER
(OPTIONAL: Chia seeds for added protein &/or whipped egg whites folded in for fluffiness)
MIX ALL DRY INGREDIENTS. ADD DRY MIXTURE AND WATER TO BLENDER AND BLEND. USE 1/4 MEASURING CUP TO SCOOP MIXTURE AND POUR INTO NON-STICK SKILLET. COOK FOR 2-3 MINUTES ON EACH SIDE. BE SURE TO COOK THOROUGHLY, INSIDE TAKES TIME.
MAKES 16 PANCAKES. 2 PER SERVING.
