1 C FRESH-FROZEN STRAWBERRIES

1 TBSP CHIA SEEDS (FIBER)

1 PRE-PACKAGED CUP TRIPLE ZERO MIXED BERRY GREEK YOGURT

1/2 C ALMOND MILK


ADD ALL INGREDIENTS TO A BLENDER AND BLEND UNTIL THOROUGHLY MIXED.


MAKES 2 SERVINGS. SERVE AS SMOOTHIE OR FREEZE FOR "ICE CREAM".
