INGREDIENTS:

1 READY-MADE CAULIFLOWER CRUST (510cal)

1/4 C. SUGAR-FREE BBQ SAUCE (20cal)

4 OZ THIN-SLICED BONELESS SKINLESS CHICKEN BREAST (110cal)

1/8 C. RED ONION SLICES (8cal)

1/2 C. FAT-FREE MOZZARELLA CHEESE (160cal)


PREHEAT OVEN TO 425F. CUT CHICKEN INTO 1/2-1 INCH PIECES. SEASON AS DESIRED AND COOK IN NON-STICK SKILLET OVER MEDIUM HEAT. SET ASIDE. REMOVE CRUST FROM ALL PACKAGING, INCLUDING CARDBOARD. SPREAD BBQ SAUCE OVER CRUST. SPRINKLE CHEESE OVER SAUCE EVENLY. DISPERSE CHICKEN AND ONION SLICES EVENLY OVER CHEESE. BAKE IN OVEN FOR 15-20 MINUTES, OR UNTIL TOPPINGS ARE BROWNED.
